Start the Proficy Portal Administration application.
Click the Roles & Users button.
In the tree, expand the Roles folder to display the existing roles.
If you have not already done so, create the role. How?
In the Roles tree, select the role you want to synchronize.
On the General tab, select the Synchronized to Domain/Group check box.
If necessary, enter the name of the domain and/or group.
Click the Apply button.
