To create a new folder

  1. Open the Proficy Portal Administration application.

  2. Click the Roles & Users button.

  3. Select the Folders tab.

  4. Expand the directory tree in the left hand pane and select the folder you want to create a new directory in.

  5. Right-click the folder, and select Create Folder. The Create New Folder dialog box appears.

  6. Enter a folder name.

  7. Click OK.

  8. Click the Apply button for your changes to take effect.
