To select a data source for a Grid

NOTE: This procedure does not apply if you have used the drag-and-drop method of inserting a grid.

1. If you have not already done so, insert a grid into your display. How?

2. Select the Data tab.

3. In the `Fill the Grid with data from the following sources' section of the window, click the Add button. The Data Source Browser appears.

4. Select the location of the data source in the directory on the left. The data source items appear in a list on the right.

5. Select the data source.

6. Configure the data source as required.

7. NOTE: The specific configuration options for the data source will differ depending on the type of data source used. Refer to Data Sources for more information.
